Utilization Control & Scheduling Management to Increase Patient Satisfaction
HHCAP scores have connected Home Health care delivery to Patient Satisfaction results as a means of demonstrating the value of in-home services. These scores are affected by a number of factors, but HH clients and family member satisfaction serves as a valid guide to measure value and service quality.
