These scores are affected by a number of factors, but HH clients and family member satisfaction serves as a valid guide to measure value and service quality. A primary factor in satisfaction scores are the content of the HH program that relate directly to Star Rating measurements; timely Start of Care, maintenance of visit schedules, education and program delivery that addresses patient clinical needs, etc. This progressive presentation reviews how many agencies adopt a HH Utilization Control model to resolve these concerns that affect Patient Satisfaction outcomes.
