incident submission and tracking. Use this
feature to submit a new incident, add additional
information to an existing incident and keep
track of the status of any previously submitted
incidents. In addition, you can use the online
site to check frequently asked questions, view
important news about HealthWare, download the
latest service packs, check schedules for and
view online webcasts, access online educational
materials and more.
To utilize our
telephone support, simply call the provided
support number at any time. Except for
extremely busy periods, you will reach a
support technician directly. If you do reach an
automated attendant, state the nature of your
question or problem and a support technician
will return your call as soon as possible. We
try to respond to all priority calls on the same
day and all standard support calls within 48
hours.
