In the 2016 final rule, CMS provides a detailed explanation of the HH-VBP pilot program that begins January 1, 2016 with mandatory participation from all Medicare-certified HHAs in nine selected states – Massachusetts, Maryland, North Carolina, Florida, Washington, Arizona, Iowa, Nebraska and Tennessee. The rest of the country will experience VBP in January 2018 You need to see trends so you can make changes to your data and your procedures and your training. If you feel like your score is incorrect, you can dispute it. You have only 10 days to dispute. You are given a TPS (Total Performance Score) which is a concatenation of your achievements and improvement points. You get points for the achievement, the range where your agency fell with a particular measure. You also get points for the improvement for your agency. The TPS is the points awarded for these two things combined. The TPS will take into account the scores for the states This corresponds to the My Measure tab in HealthWare’s VBP Analysis. Are you ready to make the changes needed to be a winning competitor? Don't delay any further, the clock has already started. Join us to see how HealthWare can help you.
